We provide you with strategic guidance, supporting materials, and communication templates to help you attract potential board candidates from across your organization.

Once you have engaged candidates available, our partnership deepens as we provide board governance and leadership training that sets up prospective board candidates to nail their board member interviews and be ready for board service out of the gate.

Ongoing Governance Training

As your employees continue with their service, we provide ongoing one-on-one support and training through self-directed and self-paced governance training on BoardLearn — our virtual governance training suite — and our live Learning Experiences.
