We are a distributed team that works closely together despite our work from anywhere model. Although some of us are thousands of miles apart, we leverage technology to stay connected.
We do this by holding weekly all-team meetings, coming together for team-building activities, and connecting casually over Slack or email. We also come together for two in-person all-team retreats each year that strengthen our connection as a team.
